The difference between PermaTherm and others in the industry. A lot of these bigger companies, it’s about getting the product out. PermaTherm is actually making a difference in the industry with quality customer service and just being a great company to reach out to for help. I work for Refrigerator Warehouse out of Jasper, Georgia.
We build cold storage facilities all throughout the south. Challenges we were facing. We felt like we were a number, not a customer, and it was just hard communication. And then quality control was at an all-time low PermaTherm, gave us something I’ve not seen in a long time. And that is great customer service.
They made sure we were taken care of, not only at the planning stages, but delivery upon installation all the way till we were done with the product. And that was really comforting. The way they helped is by setting up a program of a panel takeoff, and that’s where we get to go over the project, their team, our team, and we all come together to the right answer instead of ordering something and we’re wrong.
We all made sure we were right before we ordered the panels. They offer a complete package with the prices that PermaTherm gives us for. The total package is just stay in-house and we can get everything from one person. The amount of stress that was taken off us and our company. And it was shared with PermaTherm throughout the project.
I would recommend PermaTherm to all contractors. It’s a great company, great product. It’s just an experience that you’ve got to really be a part of to know what PermaTherm’s all about.
