PermaTherm manufactures very high quality insulated metal panels. We supply the cold chain, the food processing industry, pharmaceutical applications, data centers. Any building that needs a high-performance thermal envelope can use PermaTherm panels. And we take pride in manufacturing the best panels on the market.
We’re in the field continually, and what we hear is. This complaint about lead times, possible panel fit, lack of communication, and we’ve been hearing it for 20 years. We think we solve the customer’s problem by eliminating those complaints. We do what we say and we say what we do at the end of the day, and that’s really what our customers want from us.
PermaTherm’s a family owned company. I would say we are a family here. Me as a sales rep, I feel like when I’m making a relationship with a new customer, a new installer, I wanna bring them into that family and just show them how we like to treat our community. With quoting. They need speed. So we’ve developed a software that is the fastest in the industry.
Prism makes a tedious process, really a seamless experience. A lot of subject matter expertise has been automated, and that makes the experience for our customers very, very easy to get budgetary quotes and estimates all the way to full takeoffs. We guarantee all of our takeoffs, which means that down to the last screw, it’s accurate.
If it’s inaccurate, for whatever reason, we cover that. That’s our idea of a guarantee, and I don’t think anybody else in the industry could say that. The reason fast quoting is important to our customers is that’s how they grow their business. The more quotes you can get out there, the more opportunity you have to win.
I take pride in making a product that goes together seamlessly. Precision to me is taking a product that has so many variables and then exceeding that standard with the perma. Product quality, product quality, product quality, it’s a given. It has to be good because if they have a problem with that, the phone’s gonna ring, their job’s gonna be delayed.
We’ll get you something quickly to fix it, but it’s better if we don’t have a problem in the first place. Done right the first time means to make sure we have a good quality panel that goes out. We’ve done our precision to make sure it’s all formed right. Make sure that the panels look good, done right the first time means that the customer gets a quality product.
Then on the back end, it’s customer service along the way. I talked about the fast quoting. What about my deliveries? When’s it coming? How many trucks can I have, the phone number of the truck driver? All of those things are things that we try to focus on to make the customer have a better experience.
