• This 30,000-square-foot food processing expansion was designed to increase warehouse and shipping capacity to support continued operational growth. The goal was to create additional conditioned space that would seamlessly integrate with existing operations while maintaining performance standards required for food processing environments.
• Given the nature of the facility, the solution needed to deliver strong thermal performance, long-term durability, and a clean, professional appearance suitable for a food-grade application. Efficiency during construction was also a key priority to keep the project on schedule and minimize disruption.

• PermaTherm panels were selected as the preferred solution due to their superior insulating value, clean aesthetics, and long-term durability. The all-in-one insulated metal panel system provided a streamlined alternative to traditional sheet metal construction.
• Unlike conventional sheet metal panels — which are thinner, require significantly more fastening, and depend on separate fiberglass insulation — PermaTherm panels arrive pre-insulated and engineered for performance. This integrated design reduced installation complexity while delivering a stronger, more rigid wall system.

• The installation process proved to be efficient and notably faster than traditional sheet metal panel systems. Fewer required fasteners and the elimination of separate fiberglass insulation steps helped accelerate construction timelines.

The project successfully delivered expanded warehouse and shipping capacity while maintaining the performance and durability expectations of the facility.
